Description
Introduced on February 16, 1945, it was awarded to all those who, during the war (i.e. between May 10, 1940 and May 7, 1945) served in a unit of the Belgian armed forces, the resistance, the merchant fleet, etc. on the side of the Allies. . The ribbon has 3 insignia: two crossed bronze sabers for those who took part in the 1940-1945 campaign, a red enamel cross for wounds, two crossing bronze lightning bolts for the agents of the Intelligence and Action Service.
